"I've using them since 1973. Great service, great people. Cindy just now spent a lot of extra time on my Flood Insurance issue, even when her FEMA contact couldn't write the policy. "I was broken down on the Richmond Bridge in the San Francisco Bay area and I had called AAA and had been waiting a couple hours and id seen several. AAA trucks drive right past me and I was in a very narrow lane off to the side of the the two lane bridge and had cars whizzing by me nearly missing me each time and I thought this is ridiculous and I was terrified so I thought I have State Farm Roadside Assistance, but I don’t know how to access it. Let me see what I can do. It was surprisingly simple to access and it was amazing. The driver called me, said he was 15 minutes away and it would only cost me $20 for the gas and I got where I was going! I was so graceful! In general State Farm is such a great company. I love my broker Katie Chase It’s an all female office and they bring their dogs to work and I got a State Farm swag bag with all kinds of cool Stuff in it so State Farm is the way to go people❣️"
